Wrong Billing & Fine for the same

Problem started in May with AIRCEL CELLULAR LTD.

I was billed wrongly & after lengthy discussions with numerous staff of aircel, the y concluded that it was wrong bill & that the amount would not be needed by me to pay, But... the amount is showing in my subsequent monthly bills & fine for late fee is being charged every month. Collection agents are coming to my house and creating issues due to this i am mentally tortured, i am on the verge of quitting my job because of this, if i am unemployed then i would put charge on aircell for estimated cost of 20 lacs.

If any aircel guy is volunteering to resolve this issue asap, i may consider otherwise.
