Wrong commitment by aircel cellular company after extra recharged

Dear sir,

Please find below the issue and solve my problem, Aircel people are taking my issue very lightly and no one have called me till now. I am using Aircel network from last one and half year, I was recharged Rs-30/ for call cost reduction for Aircel number -9762204856 as per company information given to me by message and call from service provider. After recharging company commitment that they give me facility of call cost reduction for one year, during this period call cost charged me 30paise/minute. But after six months company stop my facility without any information to me and not giving me proper information regarding above issued. Kindly take this issue very seriously and provide me information as early as possible.
