Disconnection Of my Number 9716841818

My cell was 9716841818 was disconnected automatically from aircel and the reason was told that i haven't picked up the teleconfirmation call from their side.

My aircel prepaid plan is for Rs. 999 (with 5000 local minutes). Due to the Disconnection my 2 days got wasted this number is used by me as a business number. I couldn't recieve calls on my number too.

I want my services to be resumed as soon as possible and i must be provided with a proper compensation for the same.
