On Roaming prepaid balance is deducted, Worst Customer support

Aircel Chennai has the ever worst service and I suggest noone go for this service.

On roaming all the prepaid money was deducted, even when the mobile was switched off. When complained to customer care they tried to fool me by telling that the handset was not ok. The customer support team did not understand the problem and informed that they cannot do anything about this. Unnecessary, invalid sms (ISD) was sent from my mobile when roaming even when mobile was switched off. Even after visting the Aircel office personally and complaining to nodal officers it has been more than 2 weeks and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. AIRCEL IF ONE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AT CHENNAI AND NO ONE GO FOR IT.
