Airtel Automatic deductions of balance

Am a Airtel Prepaid customer for the past 3 years and recently i have been facing many problem on automatic deduction in the name of "Easy Search" amounting to Rs 1.5... wen i checked the logs i saw that 5 tymes my account has been deducted wid 1.5 and even though i contacted the customer care they were unable to attend my problem and instead blaming me.
The supervisors also were rude to me sayin that they have not got any sort of complaints and blamed that it was bcoz i was using internet service due to which it is deducted but i havent used internet in my mobile for past a year.

When contacted with my friends they too had the same problem and i think airtel is cheating customer and not able to provide valid reason for it seems to be a gimmick from the customer care persons who should be educated enough to understand the problem and solve...

i am in the verge of changing my network or sought legal action...
