Permenant malfunction

1. The computer-system and network system of Vodafone remain perpetually DEFUNCT 24/7.
2. Janitors at 198 always say the above mentioned statement when called for any and all forms of deficiency or faults on their side and refuse to register complaints
3. Today 01/02 around 9.30Am called 198 to report non-functioning of services janitor - Vasumathy said the statement in pt-1 and pt-2 and refused to take it as complaint as usual.
4. sms, delivery report, call-charge summary, sms balance, and a host of associated services are all because of computer fault, defunct except the billing machine which detects normal or above normal charges for services without fail.
