CHEATING BY TATA DOCOMO

Tata Docomo has deducted Rs. 30 from my account No. 8792676599. When I came to know I contacted to 121 number 4 times; on 27/02, 28/02 and 01/03 they regularly told me that system was out of order hence they can’t tell anything why the balance was deducted. On 03/03 at 1405 hrs, one of the representative Shri. Rajender Kumar replied that the amount was deducted for downloading the games for which I have never download anything as I am using this SIM for only 2G purpose and he also told that we would not refund the amount wherever you could go. These peoples are unnecessarily cheating the peoples. I could know this cheating since I am not using the main balance for any calls. I think they are cheating maximum of peoples in the form of not using other service like download game, cricket, astrology etc. which would never access by the customer. On 20.01.13 also they have try to incur the loss of Rs. 49. I request to TRAI to give stringent instructions to all the mobile operators to start the services for the customers only after the confirmation calls from customers otherwise these types of company will loot/grab more money by cheating the innocent customers.
