I am cheated

Sir,

My name is Atanu Bhattacharya, my no. is 9614757122 i got an call from your company on 09/12 at nearly4.45pm from 9851097237 that i am a lucky customer and i get offer to activate caller tune on my no. for Rs.1 and there is no extra charges and there is no monthly charges. But they deduct Rs.30 from my balance.

I am really disappointed about this matter that your company cheated me,

when I call your company call center they told me that activation is free but monthly charges is applicable but when i got an call from your company they told me there is no monthly charges.

I really want my money back otherwise I surrender my no.. Because I don't to be part of a cheated company.where customers are cheated.
