Sir, I am Stanley Sampath Kumar, having Airtel Broadband connection with a fixed landline No.080 40917283 since May. The fixed line is not functioning for more than six months. But for the last couple of months I am receiving bill which includes voice charges. I am not paying for the call charges. However, I am paying for broadband connection I am utilising. All my efforts in mailing to airtel has failed. But I am being harassed by the company officials that I have clear the outstanding dues. In fact, I lodged a complaint was lodged for which there is no response (Complaint No.45657626).

I am being put to lot of humiliation and hardship by the frequent harassring calls from Airtel< Chennai office.

In this regard, I request your goodself to kindly disconnect the broadband connection and remove the installations and your junction box fixed in my premises immediately, so that I can be away from the unsolicited and harrassing calls.
