SLOW GPRS SPEED

Dear Sir,

I am experiencing very slow speeds on my AIRCEL Connection. I use internet generally on my mobile phone itself and I have found the speed to be very unsatisfactory.i have 3 months@251 pack and using edge network.i had also registered complaint no.1-6092535055 but after 1 day a sms comes that your complaint is resolved which is not solved at all.i again call cc and they again registered my complaint whose no. is 1-6113808107.i am getting download speed in bytes even a page takes 2-3 minutes to open

kindly help me to sort out that problem
