Un authorized dedcution of balance

On 9th jan.. i recharged my aircell number 9697477490 with amount rs 50..with transaction number jkr12010919571000602... but today on 11th jan i recived a message from air cell that rs 30 has been deducted as musicconnect renewal... i dont know when i have activated this service and what is it meant for.. what for this dedcution... this is day to day cheating by these mobile companies that they use to dedcut amount un necessarily... i want these comapanied to be taken at job...
