Alance deducted without use

I have been using the mob no. 9808107401 of Aircell. my balance Rs 35 has deducted on 29 nov without uses of services. my complaint no is - 1-1237587938 dt 30 nov.

After a long request to the customer care executive i m not getting my balance.

they are taking rudely and abuseing
