Connectivity not exist/not in use

Sir, i have obtained new cell phone no.9841677675 through local Aircell agent

in Chrompet, during first week of August. There is no incoming/outgoing

calls since 9th of this month. When we contacted the local agent, he has informed that he passed on the complaint to the company and the grivences

will be redressed within 48 hours. Since we have submitted photo and residential proof, the connectivity of the above mobile phone for the reason "the number is

temporarily not in use. I request you to set right the problem and send reply to
