Deduction of Balance

I have a prepaid aircel connection no. 9716683958, topped up by Rs 125 Transaction No. DLR11052720171100651, on 27th May at 8:00:41pm, same time got Rs 125 value talktime.

On Sunday 29th May at 9:25:27am, I received a Message from your Company side regarding renewal of Music Connect service, which i never activated or requested.

But the same time i returned a message to respond your message to unsubscribe the same service.

I spoke to your customer service executive regarding the irrelevant deduction of Rs 30 on account of aforesaid service.

I am not getting any help from the helpline, kindly look into the matter and help me out.
