Without any permission deducted my balance for activating caller tone

My mobile no. is 9716939504, without my permission 25 Rs. is deducted from my balance for activating caller tone.once a day telecaller called up and i told him i dont want still he activeted. i made no of complaints but they deny to return my balance.

i dont want any such service and pls return my balance.

kindly get the issue resolved
