Defult activation any service on aircel sim

I have bought two sim from aircel office hamirpur,., .on that time they gave me a offer, .(on one sim with 252talktime, 150 sms, callrate 0.45 STD, and sim Rs 50.00 only,., .)but after one week on both sim defult service's activated as like caller tune, friend's chat service, and deducting my balance,.,., i think this is bad service,., .but i don't know what i do now,.,., .?
