Amount deduction of Rs- 99/- without any instruction of Aircel, orissa

Dear sir,

With respect, As per the complain no SR 1-3007537903 . Aircel costumer care deduct my main balance Rs. 99/- on 05-11 without any instruction or message. when i saw the balance the amount already deducted, Aircel costumer care said that i was downloading a game on 05-11, but i did not download such things on my handset.

Aircel nodal officer also told as like their costumer care and did not respond properly.

so that i write to concern your decision.
