False Billing

Issue:
I know the billing format of all the mobile service providers have been changed. That doesn't mean that I should be charged with additional amount for the services which i have not opted for. I have 3 connections with Aircel (a.98413-88088;b.98413-81788;c.98415-55992), out of which i have opted to keep 2 connections (b&c) under "Hold on Plan" starting 11.02.2010. When I checked the bill i recieved in my e-mail for the period 26-01 to 25-02, I am shocked to see that few charges to these connections were added without my consent.

Above mentioned are the discrepency charges. Those are the services which i haven't opted for.
So I called customer support on 11.03.2010 (Thursday) to sort this out and Ayaz the floor supervisor told that he will register a complaint and will get back to me withing 72 hrs. but i din't receive any call back until 15.03.2010 (Monday). So I called up CC@121 and got no response other than appologies. Finally Vijaya (Team Leader) told that she will get back to me before evening 5 pm today. But She didn't call me either. The Next day (16.03.201) morning she called me and told that my number was not reachable around 5:30 pm and that can't be true. She added that she will call me with an update before evening and got no response.
Now i am still waiting to get the billing issue sorted out and suffering badly by the response from Aircel. I know they are gonna disconnect my line after the due date. But i am not interested to pay my bill without the issue being sorted out. Please guide Me...
