Dear sir/mam,

As below said mail till now my problem not solved by your team. Regarding this i was many times contact your aircel customer executive through phone and directly also complaint given but they cant able to resolve my issue. Then how they are initially given a promise to service better. Due to this we are again go to our old network"Airtel". Comparing to this which is more better we think. Very lazy & worst network. In future i never recommend your network to others.

If your network switch to aircel means the following problems you will be face.

The following problem faced after changed the 'Aircel" network.

* Customer care cannot able contact.

* Dialer tune canot able to set.

* My account not able to access.

* wrongly excess bill.

* Network problem.

so that dear friends dont change your network through port.this for your advise.
