No incoming since 24-01 (the date of request for MNP)

My issues of "No incoming facility in 9853054321" has not yet been resolved. What should I do? Your forum is not doing anything just ideally watching the complaints and forwarding it to other ends. Is it really valuable to join such a forum? kindly reply. AIRCEL is not at all cooperative in resolving the issues I have contacted so many times to their Customer Care Executives/ Nodal Officers but without solving the real issue they give me alternative offers/numbers.
