Aircel prepaid
15 ruppees deduted without any informaition

Dear Sir /Mam

i am user of aircel mobile services our prepaid mobile no is 8896901786,

on 6th morch 11.35am i have one SMS received from 5800 (you have been charged for RS.15 for cosmo love move and u will get alert for next 30 days)

after receved this masg i have called to aircell customer care for refund our RS 15.00 but executive told me u have sent us a request for cosmo love then we aircell activate this service and charged RS 15 but i have not sent any msg or not called for any new service, on 6th march customer care call was my first call of that day

aircell is not ready to refund that mone any how kindly help,
