Automatically activated Caler Tunes & Deducted Money from My Balance

Aircel has automatically activated caller tune on my cell & deducted money from my account. On requesting call center associate to refund money, he said as per an offer SMS was sent to you & the caller tune was activated. This is not acceptable.
