Aircel prepaid
Deducting balance for schemes which were never requested

I am a prepaid customer of Aircel in Chennai. I have complained to the customer care executives previously for deducting balance from my prepaid account for a service called Sweet Dreams. I had never requested the service provider for the above mentioned scheme. In spite of calls to customer care an amount of rupees thirty is being deducted every month.
