Calling to 198 is free toll free number for booking the complaints, If i am trying from other region to book a complaint i need to call 121 or 9842012345. Thay are charging 50p/3min.

So i called from another network mobile or landline they not responding for that call.

For booking the complaint why thay are charging. Also the very worst customer services.

1. 15 to 30 taking to reach the customer care officer.

2. Unwanted messages and calls are reaching us with our pre knowlege we need to spend hardly half a day to stop this services.
