Wrong balance deduction

Sir it is very painful to say you that aircel tele company is thief as well as liar. Iam Mr Manas Patra belong with this company from last two year with mob no 9614216768.I give you this conclusion for the following reason,

On 25th January at 10.45pm Aircel activate dialer tune survice without my permission and charged me Rs.7 then I call to customer care but they says that Iactivate this suvice which is not true. Then I deactive this survice through sms but on 27th January yiur company activate this Dt survice and charged me Rs.30 and on the same day at night 11.34 pm another deduction of balance of Rs.7 is occur no one customer care officer help me to recover from this condition. I will be very thankful to you if you take proper step to refund my balance.
