Unnecessary harassment and torture

Sir

I have purchased two sims of aircel few months back approximately 8 month back... On 16th Feburary they have blocked my sim on the terms of Identity Verification issue..I have then reproduced by identity proofs to its HEAD OFFICE at Canaught Place. The officials there at the office have assured me to resolve the issue within 36 hours...

When the problem has not been resolved even after 36 hours I contacted its customer care... they came with some new issue... some cusomer representative says to wait another 48 hours, someone lodges a new complaint, someone asked me to purchase a new sim...

I demand my both the numbers to be working fine along with the balance that they were having before hand complete in it..
