Deductued balance

Wrongly deducted balance twice in a month (7/2/10-10:45 and 11/2/10-9:43) from my mobile no 9614774902 due to dialer tune with out my permission. When I had activated DND.I have spoken to thier manager named is RAJEN CHATTERJEE, "sir please wait 72 hrs i'll surely resolve it". It is very unfortunte that he is big...(ANY THING U LIK 2 HEAR)

in 2nd january I had refil my mobile ph with 9 Rs.sms card after that i send 47 sms within 160 chr. But later on i noticed they deducted 23 Rs.from my main balance. Can they explain it??? if they charges 2 Rs.per sms how can they BAL... ance. this problem. I have tried somany times but they failed to answer it in both cases.
