Locking of incoming calls

Mobile no. 7299392997 sim purchased from AIRCEL authorised retailer on 23 09 2010 have used more 15 days from sterday aircel has blocked my incoming call to my sim. have made complained to aircel customer care that they told have not received address proof and photo. Here without these documents have activiated TRAI regulations. I need urgent assistance from customer forum.
