Unwanted balance debits in prepaid account

I my account the amount is getting debited without my concern. Aircel is debiting the customer account without even informing the customer. Disconnecting the call when we call the helpline to report that they have activeated some value added service without my knowledge. No respond for the same.

I am following one case for the past 2 months to deactive thei value added service which was activated without my knowledge.

Aircel is steeling the customer's money.

Please dont take Aircel connection.
