Unfavourable Bill amount

I was using a postpaid connection of aircel telecom having number 91-98036-33326 Credit limit of my mobile number is 750rs. But the company didn't barred my services when i was crossing the credit limits... and every time when i make the call to aircel customer care then i got only one responce that we dont have any update regarding ur bill... and the bill genrated for my this mobile number is 2458rs... and now they are harrasing me for payment..my email id is anilbhardwaj2680@gmail.com...
