Grievance for Aircel Prepaid Number (8909478990) Uttrakhand Circle

My name is Pranav Sharma. I’ve bought your Aircel prepaid number 8909478990 on 6th March from one of your Dealer on Rajpur Road, Dehradun. Dealer contact number is 9897779314 (not aware about name). He took 100 Rs. from me and told me that I’ll get Rs. 50 talk time after activation post dialing 123 and language selection.

Now, even after 4 days, I’m continuously calling dealer but no positive response from his side. Rs. 50 not credited in my account yet. I took this SIM for making STD calls, so I got the same recharged with Rs. 150. This matter is of operator commitment. Need your intervention on same.
