Uduction of balance from my main account despite the using offer for internet

I recharged with Rs.98 pakage beraring mobile no.9858415710 which provides unlimited browsing along with a validity of 30 days. During this when i browse on the mobile I have been cut out money from my main balance which is totally aganist the concerned offer and not only this but also due bad services i loss about Rs.1500/. when i contact to the custamer care execautive the foprward my complaint forward with an action. However i have still reamaining validity upto july 22.
