Wrongful deduction

I have noticed my mobile balance getting deducted without even calling any number but on receiving SMS from a particular number, something like 57****, which has not been even subscribed by me. Why the hell is Airtel making us fool? When the balance amount is more or when in a hurry we do not realize these pranks of Airtel, the advantage of which is taken by Airtel Just stop all these nonsense and refund my money immediately.
