Service charged but not activated

Hello,
On the 18th of November, my BlackBerry Personal Mail service was disconnected and on the 19th Oct at 8:03 am I was charged Rs 399 for the same and received a renewal message from Airtel. It has been 11 days now and I have still not received my Internet Service. I have also not received my refund even after speaking with a Supervisor from the Customer Service Team. I spoke to 6 supervisors everyday from the BlackBerry Support and no one has been able to resolve this. They say 4 hrs, 12 hrs, 24 hrs, 72 hrs and so on. But it has been more than 240 hours and I am still without the service but have paid for it. The supervisors say they have personally followed the case and will call be back and no callbacks. They refuse to take the call when I call them back.
I AM REALLY GETTING PISSED OFF NOW AND WANT THIS ISSUE SORTED ASAP.
The supervisors who I have spoken from the BB support are: Deepak Singh, Rahul, Ashish, Vivek and I forgot 2 of them. I have been hung up by a lot of agents when I requested for a Supervisors. I THINK ITS HIGH TIME YOU LOOK AT THE ISSUES OF THE CUSTOMERS AND TRAIN YOUR AGENTS/ SUPERVISORS ON SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
