Deduction of account balance

Sir,

I cell no 9968966036 have been deducted for Rs 30/- for m junction but i have not opted any such services . mtnl customer executive is telling that i have send a message for m junction . i have received a message but i have not replied when told to customer executive they replied in very arrogant manner and not lodge my complaint regarding this. so i want justice if no message or call made to m junction how my account has been deducted against that junction .plz do the needful. thanks
