Airltel /prepaid connection
Alance reduces from my prepaid balance

Dear sir/mam

I have prepaid connection of Airtel, due to last month shayri product automatic activated and deduct balance from my a/c i also complaint to customer care but still deduct balance amt per day. That time my a/c balance is -2rs how is it possible if my amount is 0 then company not give a facility for calling sowhy company deduct this amount reguraly.so please do some needful for this
