DEACTIVATION OF 3G SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I have made 4 or 5 time request for DEACTIVATE my 3G Service on my mobile number 91-9971271440 immediately. Sir, I have lost my 400/- approx after made complaint to your customer care I am giving you two request reference no regarding this-
