PHONLINE NOT WORKING SINCE 15 DAYS`

Dear sir,

this complaint is regarding my airtel landline no.08041220281, i m facing total business loss without my landline. i have complained daily for past 15 days for activating my landline but without any reason my landline is gone totally dead, i have spoken to floor managers daily only to get false committment of 24 hours. i have received 3 complaint no. till now but still my phone is not working..

i request the concerned authority to kindly help me in geeting my problem solved..
