Problem with 3g network selection

Sir,

I have a prepaid connection. My mobile no. is 9871684060. i am activate 3g service when it is start. but it can never work. when i complaint it they didn't give me any response. they give only complaint no. I am complaint for this 3 time in airtel customer care. my last complaint no. is "C3GVO20401596605". When I am force the Customer care then they close my customer care connection. To this 3G service I am recharge my phone with Rs. 200 (for 250 MB Internet uses).
