Complain for GPRS Settings for (98 Internet Plan) Macromax Q3

I am using airtel prepad connection from 3 weeks, i have taken 98 internet plan and activated from 2 weeks with macromax Q3 mobile set.
I need GPRS Settings, i called 50 times to customer care with my handset on 121, 12132, 9810198101 different numbers from 2 weeks but i could not talk with them, because customercare numbers always bussy.
and in between days i called with land line number and customer cares could not give the proper informations.
what can i do? please solve my problems.
