Deduction of balance

Hello Sir/Mam

I am using Airtel connection with number 9872335090. Today i got the message from number 5432105003 with message that "Martimonials on mobile service has been renewed. You have have been charged rs. 3 for 3 days of service." and after some time company deducted rs 3 from my account although there was not even sufficient balance for this deduction. I have not send any request for that service. When i tried to call 198 i could not succeed. Please try to solve my problem.
