Alance deduction

Hello Sir/Mam,

I am using Airtel number 9872335090. Already i have complained that company airtel is deducting my balance and they gave the reason that i am using net on my handset. Then they deactivated GPRS service on my mobile. Now i wanted to use it. I am using Blackberry 8520 handset and it needs another settings for GPRS than other mobiles. I called on airtel customer care so many times to tell me the procedure how to run GPRS on this mobile. I am surprised none of their executive and even their seniors do not know how to run GPRS on it. Someone says call on number 9782007070 which remains 24 hours switched off, someone says call on 7070, other says call on 198 and if i call on 198, they say call on 121. I talked to their senior and he asked me to hold the line and then call disconnected (i do not know whether call got disconnected or he disconnected). I also said if you do not know the procedure then deactivate this service for which i requested on 121.
