Network problem

Respected Sir/madam,

My complaint is regarding network problem i have been going through calling and receiving problem from past 2 months. This problem persist only in my region since many other people having Airtel connection in my region facing the same kind of problem. So I request you to do some thing about it immediately since i have to receive some important calls. according to me this problem is in our Airtel regional Tower. Whenever i go out of my region then i don't face this problem.
