Balance Deduction

In the mobile number 09612823174 from last few month automatically new new services get activated from Airtel live, but i do not use airtel live. there is always deduction of balance from my mobile due to activation of new new services from airtel live, for example on 13/12 there was a deduction of Rs 20 from my mobile and for that i have complained in 198 but they didn't gave any reason for that and they disconnect the line. almost every day there is a deduction of balance from my account, i want Airtel to find me solution of all this problems or i will rate airtel as the worst service provider.
