Poor custmer care

Customer care services of AIRTEL company is getting worse day by day... they dont pick up the complaint... keep hanging the customer on call... moreover the the reports after the call/ sms/and Internet uses dont come...

they keep customers in dark

today i.e., on 16th june i made my complaint from my friends mobile as according to them the customer can't try for complaint help after three succesful or unsuccesful efforts.

kindly look into the matter and give guidance to the company for above said.
