Unauthorised deduction from my account

My name is Ruchi Singh, an Airtel customer having cell no. 9897685856. From past 10 days I have been experiencing unauthorized deductions from my account. On 8/07 Rs. 99, on 13/07 Rs. 35 and on 15/07 Rs. 40 were deducted from my account. On talking to customer care people I was told that I have downloaded some games or applications, whereas no such download has been done by me.

I also dropped a mail to airtel on 123@airtel.com, airtelpresence@airtel.in but there was no response from their side.

Kindly instruct the company to look into the matter and credit the deducted amount in my account.
