Fraud by airtel- charging excess paisa for per second

I m using airtel for one year. when I bought the sim (prepaid) the call charges were 1p/sec on all local and STD.But From 1st may company is charging 1.2p/sec on others. I hv sent so many emails but no neccasary action taken by company. I hv also dialled 198 and 121 but no one attends the call.

Someone plz suggest me what shud I do?
