this is my second complaint but still i am facing the same problem

I have been very harassing by the Airtel company. i am using airtel sim card in my mobile instrument and till at the moment i have facing lots of financial losses by Airtel, it cheated a lot to me.

Airtel company sent me a different kind of messages such as downloading 20 20 cricket, choper rescue, picture post etc. and debited a lots of rupees from my account balance. when i complained to the CORE center, it refund me but it is always doing that kind of things to me daily. and i am not able to complained regularly. what can i do for complete ever solution please do something because recently the airtel company has debited a 13 rupees from my account and sent me a message of downing 20 20 cricket without any downloading by me and my phone. i called to the customer care center but they didn't give me a good reply and not give me a refund. i called to the customer care center of airtel on 2/12 also and tell them that if it will be again i will complained you a double charge for that but they are not replying well they are very rood. if i have no balance in my mobile there is no problem but when i recharged my balance the company is cheated me a lot by these kind of ways. please give me a justice and guarantee from the company to not any harassment in future and refund of rupees 1000
