Irrelevant deduction of money

1. i got a subscription message of "BIKINI SERVICES" from airtel today

2. on checking with my balance, sms "LAST" to 121, i find that money is being deducted for sms chat and some VAS subscriptions.

None of the above is being subscribed by me and i feel frustrated as i cannot connect to the customer executive officer (which too i have to pay the call charges for their mistakes)...

i want my deducted amount back with a proper explanation about how do this services get activated on their own
