Wrong deduction of charges from prepaid card

My mobile no. is 9998604738. i donot use any services without incoming & outgoing phone calls. i have not activated any service since the purchase of sim card. since about one month i am getting the messages like as under on my mobile.

"last call=1.50 inr your bal=114.05 suniye naye purane superhit gane"

i request you to look in the matter and do the needful.

moreover i donot want to availe any services except incoming & outgoing phone calls
